Differentiating the instruction of the same asana (for example Utthita Trikonasana) on the level 1 and 2 level. How to structure a sequence.
How to build up to a more complex asana
Teaching an asana in stages
Practice Teaching of asanas and pranayama
Preparing for the “Individual Presentation"
