Exploring the Level 2 Syllabus Poses with John Schumacher
Please join us for this exciting opportunity. John Schumacher will be doing a special workshop for Path of Yoga that will explore some of the wonderful, interesting and challenging poses in the Level 2 syllabus from RIMYI. The Level 2 syllabus begins to more deeply explore arm balances, padmasana and related poses, backbends, variations in inversions, and other complex poses like akarna dhanurasana. During this workshop, John will teach a 2 hour class focused on these poses, and then will save a half hour for questions and discussion. This workshop will lead to a deeper understanding of not just the poses, but the connections between them and the key actions that underlie them. Come explore the Level 2 asanas with one of the world's most premiere teachers in this 2 1/2 hour workshop.
The workshop will be recorded and the video will be available for 90 days after the event.
This workshop is open to Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers (CIYTs), those training to become CIYTs, and other students with an advanced practice.
