About The Event
This workshop is suitable for teachers (in training) who are preparing for the level 1, 2, or 3 certification in the Iyengar method, as well as for teachers and serious students who want to deepen their own practice and knowledge of Iyengar Yoga.
The 4-day teacher-training intensive with a total of 23 hours ( and an optinanasana and pranayama session on Thursday night) will be based on the level 1-3 syllabi of the Iyengar Yoga Certification Manual.
