Learn how to improve strength, flexibility and alignment of your knees. The sequence can be done with or without knee rods.

About The Event
In week 2,3 and 4 students will learn how to integrate the use of knee rods into reclined, seated and standing poses. If no rods were purchased, the sequence can be done without rods and different modifications will given.
