About The Event

Restorative asanas will prepare the body and the mind to transition into a soothing  pranayama practice. The sequence will leave the practitioner in a state of mental ad emotinal stability. 

You will need a belt, 2 blocks, a bolster, 3-4 blankets and a chair.
