Exploring the Level 2 Syllabus Poses Part 3 with John Schumacher

In this session, John will look at two of the level 2 poses in depth -- urdhva dhanurasana and dwi pada viparita dandasana -- as well as other poses in preparation for these backbends.

As in Parts 1 and 2 of this series, John will teach a 2 hour class focused on these poses, and then will save a half hour for questions and discussion. This workshop will lead to a deeper understanding of not just the poses, but the connections between them and the key actions that underlie them.

Come explore these Level 2 asanas with one of the world's premiere teachers in this 2 1/2 hour workshop. The workshop will be recorded and the video will be available for 90 days after the event.

This workshop is open to Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers (CIYTs), those training to become CIYTs, and other students with an advanced practice.
