About The Event
These 4 days will be filled with asana practice in the morning and a restorative and pranayama practice in the afternoon. In between the class you will have time to explore the beauty of the place.
Schedule:
Thursday 31/10:
4pm: Course starts with arrival at Kärlingesund Retreat Center.
5 to 7 pm: Asana practice.
Friday 1/11 & Saturday 2/11:
10 am to 1 pm: Asana practice.
4 to 6 pm: Restorative & Pranayama.
Sunday 3/11:
9 to 11 am: Asana practice.
11:15 am to 12 pm: Questions and Answers.
12:15 pm: Brunch.
~2 pm: Course ends.
