With Senior teachers Doerthe Braun and Jessica Becker. May 31st to June 3rd 24. This workshop is suitable for teachers, teachers-in-training and advanced students familiar with the Iyengar method. Limited to 14 students!

About The Event
The 4 day teacher-training-intensive (total of 22 hours) will be based on the level 1 and 2 syllabi of the Iyengar Yoga Certification Manual. The focus will be:
- practicing teaching to peers and local students in a real class setting
- verbal and physical adjustments
- modifications of Asanas
- the correct use of props in supported Asanas
- Asana- and Pranayama classes taught by Jessica and Doerthe
- time for questions and requests
Time table:
- Friday May 31st to Sunday June 2nd : 11am- 6pm ( including a lunch break of 75 minutes)
- Monday 9 am to 2 pm
