Open to all certified level 1 Iyengar Yoga teachers, who want to go up for assessment as well as for those who simply want to increase their understanding of the level 2 syllabus and to deepen their own Yoga practice.

About The Event
The following themes will be addressed:
- Differentiating the instruction of the same asana (for example Utthita Trikonasana) on the level 1 and 2 level. How to structure a sequence.
- How to build up to a more complex asana
- Practice Teaching
- Preparing for the “Individual Presentation”
- Further suggestion of participants are very welcome and will be integrated.
