About The Event
The following themes will be addressed:
- Differentiating the instruction of the same asana (for example Utthita Trikonasana) on the level 1 and 2 level. How to structure a sequence.
- How to build up to a more complex asana
- Teaching an asana in stages
- Practice Teaching of asanas and pranayama
- Preparing for the “Individual Presentation"
- Discussing Philosophy concepts
- Further suggestion of participants are very welcome and will be integrated.
