join us as we delve into the profound wisdom of the lesser-known Minor Upanishads. These texts offer invaluable insights into the core teachings of India’s spiritual traditions. Historically regarded as secret knowledge, the Upanishads were passed down only to those with a deep, sincere desire to understand the ultimate reality. Dedicated seekers would journey to the forest, endure physical hardships, and renounce worldly comforts to learn the truth of life’s purpose from the forest sages of ancient India. Through our study, reading, and discussion, we aim to bring this timeless wisdom into our own lives and deepen our understanding. 

This study group will provide a unique opportunity to explore questions that have been central to the yogic journey, allowing us to connect with the illumined teachings of the Upanishads.
