About The Event

Use your yoga practice to help improve the quality of your sleep.  Studies have shown that yoga, done thoughtfully and appropriately, can improve sleep quality, sleep duration, and sleep efficiency (as measured by the amount of time actually sleeping while in bed).  Come learn a simple sequence that can be done in the evenings to help you sleep better, in a quick and efficient 45 minute class.  Feel free to wear your pajamas or any other comfortable clothes!
